  • Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C). A hot oven is a key for puff pastry to rise perfectly and achieve that desirable flaky texture.
  • Lay out the sheets on a lightly floured surface. If needed, trim any uneven edges with a sharp knife to ensure they are square.

  • Using a rolling pin, gently roll each sheet of puff pastry.
  • Take one rolled-out sheet and spread a generous layer of Nutella evenly across it using a spatula or spoon—leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
