Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ Lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts (3 to 4)
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Minced Garlic (3 to 4 Cloves)
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste (Coarse Black Pepper)

Instructions
 

Chicken Marinade

  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic paste or powder in a large bowl or a Ziploc bag (Add extra salt and coarse black pepper if you want). 
  • Mix them well and add chicken breasts to the marinade.
  • Rub and gently massage it into the chicken so that the marinade is all coated over evenly.
  • Cover the bowl or if you are marinating in a Ziploc bag then tightly close it and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for the maximum flavor.

Grill Lemon Pepper Chicken
