Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Wrap

  • 4 Large Flour or Corn Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 Lbs. Boneless Chicken (Cut into Small Cubes or slices)
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Tbsp.  Butter (Melted)
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
  • ¼  Cup Cucumber (Finely chopped and Remove seeds)
  • ¼ Cup Lettuce or Cabbage (Julian)
  • ¼ Cup Onion (Finely Sliced)
  • ¼ Cup Green or yellow Bell Pepper (Julian)
  • ¼ Cup cheddar cheese (shredded or slices)
  • 2 Tbsp. Olives (Pitted and Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. Jalapeño (Finely Chopped)

Ingredients for Sauce

  • ½  Cup  Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Peri Peri Seasoning

Instructions
 

Make Filling:

  • In a skillet add butter and minced garlic.
  • Add chicken in a skillet and cook until it changes color and start turning golden in color. Now add all the spices and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl add all your veggies, olives and mix. Add peri peri spice and BBQ sauce for extra spice and finally add lemon juice.
  • Mix well, cover and keep in refrigerator.

Make Sauce

  • In a Bowl, add Mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice and peri peri spice.
  • Mix well to form a smooth creamy sauce.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Place your flour wraps one by one on a clean surface.
  • Add 1 Tbsp. of Sauce and spread evenly over the wrap.
  • Now layer Vegetables, followed by the cooked chicken, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add more sauce and start rolling your tortilla over the filling from one side making sure that entire filling is packed and wrapped up tightly.
  • You can serve the wraps as it is, or for added texture, you can grill them.
  • For grilling heat a grill pan on medium temperature and place the wraps seam-side down. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Cut the wrap in half diagonally for a beautiful presentation.

Serving:

  • Pair your chicken tortilla wraps with a side salad or some homemade tortilla chips or French fries for a complete meal.
