Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter (Cold and Softened)
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup White Sugar (Granulated)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chunks (Semi-Sweet)
  • 1 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line your baking tray with parchment paper .
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and whisk together.
  • In a large mixing bowl add butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat them together at a medium speed until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add eggs one by one and continue beating. Then add vanilla extract and combine all the ingredients by beating at a medium speed.
  • Start adding the dry ingredients gradually to the wet ingredients mixture, while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chunks and walnuts to the batter by making sure that the chocolate and nuts are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Refrigerate your dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • On the prepared baking tray start dropping round balls of dough by using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon. (Keep about 2-3 inches of space between each cookie)
  • Now bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
