- 4 large flour or corn tortillas
- Boneless Chicken (Cut into Small Cubes or slices)
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 tablespoons butter (Melted)
- 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- ¼ Cup cucumber (Finely chopped and Remove seeds)
- ¼ Cup Lettuce or Cabbage (Julian)
- ¼ Cup Onions (Finely Sliced)
- ¼ Cup Green or yellow Bell Pepper (Julian)
- 2 Tbsp. Jalapeño (Finely Chopped)
- ¼ Cup cheddar cheese (shredded or slices)
- 2 Tbsp. Olives (Pitted and Chopped)
Ingredients for Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
