This delicious, family favorite Breakfast Pizza Recipe is packed with crispy, crumbled Breakfast Sausages, Eggs, melty, and cheesy Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese. This is the Best Breakfast Pizza Recipe I have tried so far.

How to Make Breakfast Pizza?
This Breakfast Pizza is made with simple ingredients, carefully assembled. The dough is important, but so are the toppings. Like regular pizza it has dough base that you can either make yourself or you can buy ready to use dough or even crescent rolls for a quicker version.
Unlike regular pizza topping, breakfast pizza has savory ingredients like cooked sausage or bacon. Eggs can be cracked on top either directly if you prefer sunny side up runny texture or you can add pre-cooked scrambled eggs.
Cheese is a must for breakfast pizza! Mozzarella and cheddar are popular choices, giving a creamy and gooey texture. You can also add multiple vegetables as well like chopped bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture. Chopped chives or parsley can be added for a fresh touch.

Ingredients
- 13.8 Oz. Store Bought refrigerated Pizza Dough ( You can use Home-Made Dough as well)
- 1 Lbs. Breakfast Sausages
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Milk
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- 1Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Chives (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Steps to make Breakfast Pizza
Here is a step by step Recipe to make a simple yet delicious Breakfast pizza that everyone’s going to love!
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Step 2:
In a skillet cook breakfast sausages for about 10 minutes or until brown and crumbled. Remove excess grease and set aside.
Step 3:
Roll out Pizza Dough and place over your desired baking dish. Spread a bit of olive oil over the dough and poke the dough with the help of a fork. Now bake the dough for about 5 to 8 min until the crust turns light brown in color.
Step 4:
In a bowl crack all eggs one-by-one, add milk, salt and pepper and whisk well. Now add butter in a pan and scramble eggs slowly. Don’t overcook otherwise the eggs become stiff and dry.
Step 5:
Now add scrambled eggs over the crust. Add Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and spread evenly over entire dough. Add cooked and crumbled Breakfast Sausages. Parmesan cheese can be added on top if you want to.
Step 6:
Finally, Breakfast Pizza is ready to go in the pre-heated oven. Bake the pizza for about 15 min or until the cheese is melted and crust is brown.
Garnish with freshly chopped Parsley and Chives and serve Hot!
